Plans and what's included
QRForge has three plans: Pro, Agency and Enterprise. New accounts start with a 7-day free trial of Pro. Every plan includes unlimited scans.
For current prices, see the pricing page. Pro and Agency can be paid monthly or annually.

Enterprise has custom pricing and is billed annually. To discuss it, click Contact Sales on the Subscription page or write to sales@qrforge.link.
The free trial
- The trial gives you the Pro plan for 7 days. No credit card is needed.
- Custom domains and Google Analytics 4 are not part of the trial. They unlock when you subscribe to a paid plan.
- API keys are included: you can create 1 API key during the trial, as on Pro.
- There is one free trial per email address, also if you delete your account and sign up again.
- The Dashboard shows how many days are left.
When the trial ends
If you subscribe before the trial ends, nothing changes: your QR codes, pages and data stay as they are.
If the trial ends and you have not subscribed:
- Your QR codes, landing pages and trails stop working. People who scan a code see "This QR code is inactive". Wi-Fi QR codes set to connect phones to the network directly do not go through QRForge, so they keep working.
- You cannot edit your QR codes, pages or trails.
- In the app you see "Your free trial has ended" with the date to upgrade by. Click View upgrade options to pick a plan.
- We email you the deletion date, and send a reminder about 2 days before it.
- No earlier than 7 days after the trial ends (and no earlier than 7 days after that email), your account and all its content are deleted automatically: QR codes, projects, landing pages, trails and analytics. This cannot be undone.
Subscribe before the deletion date to keep everything. Your codes and pages then work again, exactly as they were. If you do not need QRForge any more, you can also click Delete account on the "Your free trial has ended" screen.
This applies only to the free trial started without a payment card. When a paid plan ends, your QR codes keep working. See Subscription, upgrade and cancel.
Without a plan
If you have no active plan, you cannot create new QR codes. Your analytics show the last 30 days. After a paid plan ends, your existing QR codes and data stay in your account. After a free trial ends, see When the trial ends.
Add-ons
Add-ons raise one limit without changing your plan. You buy them on the Subscription page, in the Addons tab.
- QR Codes Add-On — +100 QR codes on Pro and Agency, or +500 on Agency.
- Custom Domains Add-On — +1 custom domain on Pro, or +10 on Agency.
- API Keys Add-On — +2 API keys on Agency.
Good to know:
- Add-ons are sold annually. They can only be added to an annual plan.
- Each plan has a maximum. Pro goes up to 300 QR codes and 2 custom domains, Agency up to 1,500 QR codes and 15 custom domains. When you reach it, the button shows Limit reached, and you need a higher plan.
- On Enterprise, contact sales to raise a limit.
Where to see your limits
- In the left menu, click Subscription.
- Open the Manage Plan tab.
- Look at Usage & Limits. It shows your dynamic QR codes, custom domains, exports per day and analytics retention.
What counts towards the QR code limit?
Only active QR codes count. Archived QR codes do not count, so archiving a code frees a place. See Archive and restore QR codes. Landing pages, trail stops and each trail's entry code count as QR codes.
Trails have their own limit: 50 trails on Pro, 250 on Agency and 500 on Enterprise. Archived trails still count, so delete trails you no longer need. See Trail troubleshooting.
